About the App
Pulse Monitor helps users track pulse, HRV, breathing, and self-check protocols using smartphone signals.
You can use the app to measure and review:
- Pulse and HRV using camera-based PPG measurement.
- Breathing rate and breathing variability using motion sensors.
- Tests, breathing practices, history, tags, and share cards.
For better accuracy:
- Measure under similar conditions and stay still during recording.
- Look at trends across multiple sessions rather than relying on a single value.
Pulse Monitor is provided for informational purposes only and is not a medical device.
Privacy Policy
Measurements are processed on the device. We do not send camera frames, raw motion signals, or measurement content to analytics services or remote calculation services.
Permissions
- The camera is used only to measure pulse through fingertip-based detection.
- Motion sensors are used only for breathing measurements and tests.
Data Storage
- History, tags, and calculated metrics are stored locally on the device.
- A result card is created and shared only through the Android system share sheet when you choose the Share action.
- Records can be deleted inside the app.
Account
No account is required to use the app.
